The Solution
The proposed solution trains technicians and engineers on centrifugal pump operation and components using PTC tools like Vuforia Studio and Creo Illustrator.
A 3D model was created in Blender, imported into Creo Illustrator for detailed visualizations, including exploded views, sectional views, and impeller animations.
These assets were then integrated into Vuforia Studio to develop an AR experience showcasing the pump’s design and operation. The application, complete with UI and functionalities, allows technicians to interact and explore features, combining CAD modeling, animations, and simulations for comprehensive understanding. This solution is scalable for handheld devices and smart glasses.
