The Challenge
The VR training solution developed by AIGC addresses following key challenges
•
•High costs for simulators and real-world exercises.
•Limited access to submarine environments and safety concerns.
•Complex systems require frequent training updates.
•Difficulty replicating psychological stress and isolation.
•Lack of specialized training facilities and instructors.
•Extended training periods lead to time constraints.
•Simulating deep-sea conditions adds complexity.
•Ongoing retraining increases cost and time.
The Solution
The solution for safety training is designed and developed using Unity3D Engine, which consist of Offshore plant with different hazardous zones.
The offshore 3D models is in blender software and imported into Unity3D for Virtual Environment simulation.
The VR training solution is developed by creating realistic offshore environments and equipment simulations. AIGC designs detailed 3D models of offshore scenarios, including fire extinguisher training, drilling equipment, and maintenance tasks. These models are then integrated into a VR platform, offering users hands-on experience with complex systems and emergency response drills. The training enhances skill development, safety awareness, and troubleshooting abilities while reducing the need for costly and risky live training.
The Results
•Cuts training costs (no physical equipment, travel, or real-world training).
•Immersive training for fire safety, drilling, and maintenance tasks.
•Improves safety, reduces errors, and prevents downtime.
•Scalable for efficient training of large groups.
•Strong ROI through cost reduction and risk mitigation.
