The Solution
AIGC proposed an AR and IIoT-based solution for gas compressor operations. Sensors send operational data (pressure, temperature, vibration) to ThingWorx, which integrates with Vuforia Studio to visualize real-time data in AR.
A 3D CAD model, optimized in Creo Illustrate with animations, is used in Vuforia Studio to overlay real-time data on the gas compressor model. Features include a P&ID screen for valve status (ON/OFF), checklist verification, and AI chatbot (Labeeb) support for technicians.
The AR experience, deployed on smart glasses and handheld devices, enhances troubleshooting, training, and operational efficiency.
